We Won TADHack Sri Lanka 2016
TADHack is the world largest telco application development hackathon. It is the only global meeting place for developers who want to learn, share, code and create using the tools and technologies available in telecommunications.
I participated TADHack Sri Lanka 2016 as a content manager and the coordinator of team Shilpa64. We developed an online learning platform for every Sri Lankan through web technologies and telco APIs. We used dialog ideamart and hSenid mobile telco APIs. We named our online learning platform as 'S64'. You can learn anything, anytime, from anywhere with S64 online learning platform.
There were 5 team members in Shilpa64 team. They were Niranjan Meegammana (TL), Vishwa Kumara, Poornima Meegammana, Aadeeptha Samarakoon and me.
'S64 Walking School' is an IOT (we use RaspberryPi) integrated local language telco application. Mr. Niranjan Meegammana has started this concept in 2005. So... this application has a big history. I'm not going to tell you that story here.
Main developers of S64 Walking School application are Niranjan Meegammana and Vishwa Kumara. The final presentation was done by Poornima Meegammana. IOT solutions were from Aadeeptha Samarakoon. Finally, we could win the world's largest hackathon locally.
There's an article written by hSenid Mobile, main organizers of TADHack, about us. Click here to read it.
